How to start a return
Contact us at hello@masidy.store with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges and exceptions
Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange items subject to availability. Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost to you.
